Premier Lab Services is a confidential, stat testing service. We provide patients direct access to laboratory testing utilizing a network of nationally recognized, CLIA approved laboratories for specimen collection and testing.

The process is simple.
Select the test or tests that are appropriate to your concerns by choosing from the menu in the navigation bar to the left.

Once you have navigated to the test you are interested in taking, enter your zip code to find the location of the laboratory that is nearest to you. Select that location and then proceed to the checkout. |
It is especially important that you complete the checkout information with an email address at which we may contact you. Before you proceed to the laboratory a Premiere Lab Services Counselor will email you to confirm your information and answer any questions. Your appointment date and time will be determined when you are contacted by our counselor. Typically appointments are set the following business day.
Test results through our service are back typically in 1-3 business days. You will be notified by a counselor by email when your results are available. |
